BCSoH

BCSoH — BC School of Hustle

/noun/

The ultimate masterclass in sales hustle—BCSoH isn’t just a skillset; it’s a mindset. A way of life. A calculated disregard for bureaucracy, powered by strategic audacity and a 70%+ reply rate.

Core Tenets of BCSoH:
🔹 Mutual Contact Diplomacy – Warm intros don’t happen; they’re engineered. BCSoH grads find the best mutual connection—then send a pre-written intro email, making it impossible to say no.

🔹 C-Suite or Bust – No warm intro? No problem. BCSoH practitioners go direct to the C-suite with hyper-researched, surgically crafted emails—professional yet bold enough to demand a response.

🔹 Unsolicited Value Bombs – BCSoH alumni don’t just “follow up”—they deliver. Deep, unsolicited product breakdowns expose inefficiencies and competitor gaps, forcing CEOs to forward the email as their own.

🔹 The 70% Rule – Unlike mortal sales emails, BCSoH outreach gets a 70%+ response rate. When someone replies “Let’s chat,” you know you’ve played it right.

Example:
📩 "Hi CEO, quick update on the pilot. Also, took a look at your front end vs. competitors—real opportunities here. Had my team do a deep dive—summary below. Hope this helps."

🔥 Result: CEO forwards to team: “We should look at this.” Replies to you: “Keep me posted.”

Welcome to the school. Now get to work. 🚀
👀 “Did you see Ben’s BCSoH cold email to that bank CEO? Response in 12 minutes flat.”

🤔 “No reply? No problem. Send a BCSoH draft email to your mutual contact and let them handle the intro.”

Bhustle

BHUSTLE (noun): The elite, high-performance hustle of successful tech bros & tech girls who move like closers and think like star wars resistance. Born from business + hustle, BHUSTLE is what happens after product-market fit hits, Series A closes, and you're building fast, loud, and globally.

To BHUSTLE is to embody Alec Baldwin in Glengarry Glen Ross—but you already have the Glengarry leads. You're not begging for attention—you’re high fiving after closing the biggest sale in company history. “Coffee is for closers?” You’ve got a standing espresso bar in the war room.

BHUSTLE quote sales playbooks like scripture, negotiate multi-million dollar deals in DMs, and scale teams with precision. The difference between hustle and BHUSTLE? One’s trying to make it. The other already made it—and keeps the foot on the gas pedal.
Closed the RD deal during the first meeting, 200% over projections, three more logos signed this week—we’re deep in our bhustle.

Every call this week has been inbound — the bhustle is finally compounding.

She closed a $10M deal mid-flight while updating the roadmap on Slack — bhustle never sleeps!

You can’t fake bustle — the market knows who’s sellling and who’s just tweeting.

Deep-Phishing

A form of phishing in which hackers use real-time deepfake technology, such as AI-generated voices or videos, to deceive and manipulate individuals into divulging sensitive information or performing unauthorized actions. The word Deep-Phishing was first coined by Ben Colman, CEO of Reality Defender, the leader in deepfake detection.

"To prevent deep-phishing scams, companies are now investing in advanced detection systems for real-time communications."
"Deep-phishing combines social engineering with cutting-edge AI to create highly targeted and believable attacks."
