mattress encostment

Something you put on a mattress to encase it which is more expensive that it needs to be, often sold under false pretense as a prevention of a problem when a simpler more cost effective solution would have the same benefits.

Sorry I can't party in Vegas I got bitten on the mattress encostments and my card is maxed out
