An idiot (wanker) who drives around on a tractor, usually in a village with no cultivation, who does not own a farm, or has no interaction with one at all.

Girl - "I can smell a lot of fumes today, eddy is that you?"

Boy - "No, not this time I'm afraid, it's that Wactor over there"
