First defined by NAFO in May 2024 on Meta Threads in honor of legendary dipshit dipa45 but now a standard definition for unskilled trolls. Similar to the label "Parmesan Girl", which defines female propagandists in the style of the Syrian propagandist "Partisan Girl"

I ran across this dipashit yesterday who kept repeating "you are low IQ"
