At the climactic moment of receiving oral sex from a woman when the man not only blows his load, but also belches and farts simultaneously. Disgusts the female but increases the pleasure of receiving "El B.J." by an order of magnitude due to the humor involved.

Although Trixie dumped him for having executing the manouevre on her, Rocko didn't care because he always thought that being able to pull off the trifecta was but an urban legend.
