Fancher

A person or people (Fancher's) that do nothing all day and night but sit outdoors while smoking cigarettes, drinking coffee and gossiping.

One can also (Fanch) as long as it's more than 2 hours.

(Fanching) has become very popular at reunions.

One can also (Fanch) alone while on the phone.

I was a big 'ol Fancher all weekend at the reunion.
