Uncle Dudley

A town drunk, town bum, or homeless person in a town that everyone knows and is always drunk. Typically he is accompanied by a disheveled appearance and foul odor.

Justin: Is that a person sleeping under the gazebo in the park there?
Vaughn: Yeah, it's Uncle Dudley sleeping it off.
