Women that play the victim (especially married women or women in relationships), that attract men and use their “trauma” as a way to make men feel sorry for them and fall into her narrative so they can have their way with them and manipulate them. Usually cheaters, unhappy wives, with multiple boyfriends. They are master manipulators. Usually a baddie but a saddie.

Sad Hoe: My husband cheats on me, I want to divorce him.. you’re not like the rest I want you, not him.

Dumb guy: Yes, fuck him. I want you too..

Smart guy: Oh you married? Fuck all that, bye sad hoe.
