To Scruff the Gruff, is to go down on an extremely somewhat not attractive female.

James:"Hey did you see Jenny this weekend?"
Bradley:"Yeah man."
James:"Well did you scruff the gruff?!"
Bradley:"Hell yes I did; she is so tender."
