An overwhelming fear brought on by overwhelming expectations. Most commonly experienced by students, young adults, and background friends.

Maintaining good grades is giving me a major fexpectation.

Background Friend

A friend that only exists in the background, like a background character. Similar to an extra on a movie set, they mainly fill space and feel sad.

Main Character: Nah don’t invite her, she’s just a background friend.
