Dems

A perfectly acceptable great pair of tits. Excluding fat girls who are unnaturally big breasted due to heavy eating. Fake tits are also acceptable as Dems. Expressed by one buddy to others as a simple shout of "Dems!" so as to share the moment with those around you. Usually involves eye contact and a smile followed by an approving head nod.
