Karolann 

a very attractive and intelligent wife. Someone who is capable of multitasking to the Nth degree, while taking care of four to five kids (three of her own and two random nieces or nephews) all while remaining the most patient, lovable and sexy woman in the world. A woman whose husband can't believe how incredibly blessed he is that she actually said, "I do."

"Wow! Your wife is awesome! How does she do it?"
"She's a Karolann - it comes naturally for her."

"Man, your wife is a total Karolann!"

"He has incredibly high standards, he said he wouldn't marry anyone that isn't a Karolann."
