Those who reside specifically in the Central Valley of California live in Val Cal. Simply a more specified region or NorCal, similar to the reference "Yay Area" for those in the Bay Area.

Why does everyone assume that because I'm from NorCal I'm from the Bay. I'm from Val Cal bitch.
