KAMPALA

A tribe of dumbass niggas who fuck around just a little too much and have no self awareness about how much they annoy others. Typically around 6-8 people they just sort of appear and act really loud for no apparent reason. Many members of the KAMPALA Tribe are addicted to pornography.

Old lady: What are those kids doing this time?
Old man: Oh pay no attention, its just those damn KAMPALA kids back at it again.
