1. A word you call one of your buds when they do something stupid or describing a dumb characteristic of your friends.

2. An introduction or goodby to a buddy, usually exclaimed at a loud tone.

Rick: "Dude, i spaced out that entire class."
Brett: "You're such a naggat."

Tommy: "What up ya NAGGAT!?"

No-Town 

Slang term for Reno, Nevada...aka tha 775. The only place where you can legaly pay for sex at 18, but cant have a drink until you're 21.

When i hit up the No-Town i want two things, sex and money.
