A person who clearly does not know the meaning of shutup. But uses it against others all the time.

Andrew: Hey, you're a dork.
Kyle: Shutup!
Andrew: Stop saying that word!
Kyle: Shutup!
Andrew: Oh, God. You're such a Memito.
Kyle: Shutup!
