Lacking in worth, effectiveness, ability, taste. As in, a piss pie would not satisfy your hunger or render any amount of enjoyment or quality.

"Nah, mate, Man U are piss pie; they'll do nowt this season!"

" Lad, what ARE You wearing? Those trainers are piss pie! Did you buy them off the market??".
