Douchepen-an area or location where a group of douches can be located or are confined to.

During 2011 the area where the St Louis Cardinals relievers gathered was renamed the douchepen.

Tom: So did you go pitch your project to the Engineering group?
Mike: Hell no, I try to avoid that douchepen as much as humanly possible

assgrenade 

assgrenade - an individual that is a complete ass and totally ruins a situation.

In 2011 St Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Ryan Franklin was such an assgrenade with several blown saves that the team relieved him of his closer duties.
