Basically another phrase for masturbation, except it's more fun to say. To "sling jelly" is to masturbate.

Jim: "Hey man are you busy?"

Dan: "Nah man I'm slinging jelly right now."

If something is so nice that you have the urge to destroy everything around you.

Jack: "Hey what the hell did you do to your room?"

Dustin: "Dude I saw something that was violently nice."
