When someone in your Twitch chat says something stupid and you genuinely have to threaten them by saying that you will chop them up in a meat grinder.

A form of "human" who uses GIFs in every YouTube comment section, often trying to be superior by flexing that they have access before everyone else. Usually these people are bots, or I-Pad Kids with too much screen time, because most adults have jobs, and don't have time to find corny ass GIFs to respond to stuff with. This is not used when the GIF is actually funny for the situation.
