Puddle Slut is a person who has sex with another person for hard core drugs such as meth.

Jim: Hey Jeremy, I was thinking of hooking up with Susie down the street while at your party. Mind if I borrow the guest bedroom?

Jeremy: OH HELL NO! Dude, don't even bother! Don't you know she's a total Puddle Slut? Caught her having sex with Josh under the school's bleachers for meth.
