Hibber

Someone who commits HIB (Harassment, intimidation, and bullying). HIBBERS are dirty, despicable creatures who deserve to burn for their horrendous offenses.

Moldy Cheese is a Hibber. The Cheese of Mold must die.

HIB 

HIB stands for harassment, intimidation, and bullying. This is a real term, and is used by school districts in an attempt to help stop bullying. He who commits HIB is dubbed a “hibber”. This is also a heinous insult, and very effective as well.

He was suspended on the grounds that he had committed HIB.
