To make something up to explain to someone so they think you know what you are talking about, when really you have no clue at all.

I have no idea what I'm talking about so I'll use a Philarism and wing it.

Someone that is more special in one way or another.

For instance my girlfriend will always be specialer than me

Maxine you are far specialer than I can ever be xx
