Philarism

To make something up to explain to someone so they think you know what you are talking about, when really you have no clue at all.
I have no idea what I'm talking about so I'll use a Philarism and wing it.

Words you can keep

Phillism

To use one's acquired knowledge, no matter the size to explain any sort of phenomena occurring in one's surroundings, regardless of lacking all basic knowledge of the situation at hand, relying on the creativity of one's own inner 6'th grade level imagination in order to prove one's intelligence superior to all surround peers in an adult environment.
At work, Tom walked into a conversation where employees were attempting to demonstrate the new business strategy amongst each other. Tom decided to spout his opinion in the form of a "phillism" with a half heartened grin on his face that he didn't need to review along with the other employees because if he could figure out how to tie a "tie" that morning, he could easily figure the "core competency return to configure the optimal fund turn-over rate for the last quarter's marketing campaign segment". As Tom walked away satisfied with his attempt, all the other employees looked at each other puzzled and asked each other, "why the janitor was at work so early"?

Keratosis Pilaris

A nasty skin disease, which looks/is more or less awful.
It's not harmful, but a cosmetic problem, which could turn into a mental problem.
People, who have it, are ashamed to have to, especially at summer.
Of course there are also people, who give a fuck about it.
You can get it nearly everywhere: upper arms, fore arms, but, legs and cheeks.
It's genetic, at least one parent must have it.
It's not to heal, but to alleviate.
The skin is and feels very dry and in most cases it's got red dots, in rare cases black dots.
They look like little pimples, but they're not.
You could press them out, which is very painful.
But it's not to recommended, 'cause it may ignite and it's only get worse.
What does the skin good:
During the shower, use a body scrub, best with a peeling-glove and rub gently.
After it, use a shower gel, which is ph-neutral an moisturizing.
On the still wet skin use a body lotion with 10% urea.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.

Example 2:
