broke your neck

The art of getting your friends to quickly look at something, making them twist or jerk their neck as fast as possible to look at what you pointed out. ie: hot girl, nice car, etc...

Andre: Hey Helder, check out the tits on that girl.
Helder: *quickly jerks nearly spraining his neck*
Andre: Ohhh my BROKE YOUR NECK!
