Gs stands for good shit, but also can mean that you’re talking to someone of the opposite sex; in addition one may be “on gs” by doing something cool.

“Did you see Tom last night??? That boy was on straight gs.”

Gs can mean a multitude of things; its primary definition is good shit/great shit. One can be on gs in a plethora of was such as talking to someone of the opposite sex or just doing some dope shit.
