Room Nine

Based on the kids in that room (in this case room nine) who never seemed to go up in grades, learn anything else, nor did they ever change rooms. IE The special needs children.

When something is room nine, it is therefore retarded.

Girl: Oh my God, I just ran into a wall.

Guy: Jesus, you are so room nine.
