A Russian based word which means absolutely nothing in a Russian language.
It means 'doing some 'gay' stuff'.
It's used to mock a friend in a certain group of friends when the friend makes plans with other friend without the rest of friends being invited.

Friend 1: Hey, let's go and see this movie.
Friend 2: Sure, mate.
Friend 3,4,5: Yeah, sure, KYCEPAT.
