Louver 

A special person or significant other in your life when simply calling them a lover will not suffice. Can also be used to replace "love" when talking affectionately but in a strong fake german accent to really get your point across.

1) Susan affectionately exclaimed in her best German accent, "I louver you so much! Vut vould I do visout you?"
2) My louver and I booked a full year of amazing date nights!
