people call a mute person dumb and fish as in bass. combine dumb and bass and it sounds like dumbass.

usually called this by someone who thinks they are so clever and witty. but its really just annoying.

Student: Algebra 2 is soooooo confusing.
Teacher: Oh student, you are such a mute fish.
