A person, or character in a movie, novel or video game, who is full of hot air and/or is weak.

Person A: John's a real marshmallow

Person B: You mean he is a confectionery treat?

Person A: Nah. He is full of hot air and so weak, one hit is all it takes to bring him down.

Crab Spackle 

An exclamation of utter disgust, usually used in replacement of a foul word

Person One: Fossils fuels do not in any way damage the environment.

Person Two: Crab Spackle!

Virtual Panopticon 

A virtual panopticon is a world were everyone is monitored by a government or computer system that decides what we should eat, wear, fear and other task that we, the common people, otherwise take for granted.
