Mint Picker

Someone who is a Mint Picker plays games casually (usually from one developer but it can be others), often participating in busy work such as mining, or picking flowers (such as mint the most common flower in Genshin Impact) and doesn't care about developers treating their customers with decency, such as the ones who enjoy harder content. This person is usually someone who gets easily offended and upset.

Enviosity (Genshin Impact Twitch Streamer) - "I am so happy with Genshin Impact I don't care about the free wishes or more endgame content and boss battles, I would rather just run around picking mint.")

Chat - "Enviosity you are being such a Mint Picker, hardcore gamers need to be respected as well"
