DuranStrife 

A wild card. The only true source on the Kwoon of pure randomness, being without any sort of consistent intent to please, annoy, or even enjoy himself. The fact that he appears to possess some measure of stability at times is only a measure of just how random he can be. He's usually fairly pleasant, though.
