Trying to be all mysterious and not saying what you actually mean, causing those around you to be incredibly annoyed.
For example, saying "I love you Ken" when in fact you do not love Ken, and actually dislike him greatly.

Gabby heterophemized when she told John that she liked his new outfit. She actually secretly hated it.
