Campfire Ninja 

Term for a homosexual who is still in the closet; a male or female who is secretly homosexual. "Campfire" referencing the individual being flaming, and "Ninja" in reference to being stealthy. Most often used to describe someone who is obviously gay but does not admit to it.

Dwight? Oh yeah, he's a real campfire ninja.
