A heater is a person who acts like a goon but is from the suburbs. It's a persona made to appear "dangerous" or intimidating even in a nonhostile environment. They typically have black air forces, a perm, mace, and a shitty chuff.

"Don't talk shit, he's a heater you'll get maced."
