a word my sister coined when she was five, combining bad and lousy. used to describe someone who's feeling down or depressed, rather than saying they look "lousy," "depressed," "sad," etc.
"You look a little blousy today."
"Are you feeling blousy?"
"I would say you look depressed, but you certainly look blousy. What's bugging you?"
