After attaching money to a fishing pole or wire, one casts it out into the street and waits for people to pick it up, but the money is immediately pulled away. Do this until the person realizes what is going on and walks away.

Hey, do you want to go people fishing tomorrow?
Sure, I'll grab my pole and a dollar! Where shall we go? Wall Street?
