Exactly what it means, murder that's disguised as, and designed to look like, a suicide.

Giving someone food they are allergic to anyways and blaming it on suicide is murder-as-suicide. a left handed person found dead with a gunshot wound to the right ear blamed on suicide is also murder-as-suicide.
