(Post Rot Depression) The state of mind triggered after one involuntarily doomscrolls for an unrecognizable amount of time. Leading to a state of depression after the realization of all that wasted time.

When I finally got back home from work I started doomscrolling and then I snapped out of it hours later with major PRD. Damn bruh fuck my chud life.
