Moocha

One who it seems with no set purpose or goal, wanders about to their hearts content, usually with the secret aim of stumbling across a nearby pub.

"I'm gonna go for a mooch about."
"Okay, you Moocha."

"Who's that bloke? he looks lost."
"Oh, that's Moocha. Don't worry, he always looks like that."
