jellyware

The brain of the human operator. Cybernetic devices depend on the hardware (the physical pieces of the device), the software (the programmed instructions) and the jellyware (the person who pushes the buttons and his decision-making.)

The machine checks out fine, and there are no glitches in the code. The problem is your jellyware - the guy who sits in the control seat clicks OK after every prompt.
