A messy, unhygienic, no good drunk. A out of control promiscuous female. Slightly derived from the phrase topsy turvy. The main central theme of the word is a female so nasty, toxic and ratchet she is equivalent to when a woman who wipes back to front.

I don't think you want to mess around with her. Why? Because she is a tipsyturver. Need I say more?

Wisted

Wisted is when a person is very wistful or nostalgic.

I came home and saw all my old family, friends and hangouts from my past. The whole day had me " Wisted".
