A word that Jojo Siwa thinks exists, but doesn't

So, I have two really big hair pet peeves. One of them is wispies, and two is I can't handle even when there's like-- one non-straight piece of my hair.

Whispied

A state of extreme intoxication caused by excessive drinking, drug use, or a reckless combination of both. It’s beyond tipsy and well past “buzzed”. You’re slurring your words, stumbling like your legs aren’t cooperating, and making decisions you’ll definitely question the next day. When you’re whispied, you’re fully gone for the night.
