when you've been out all night and all day to clubs or parties getting drunk or on drugs and you are really wrecked.

For example somebody who has been at revolver all weekend, hasn't eaten or drunk anything but drugs and alcohol.

Often used as a way to describe how "loose" or out of it you or someone else is.

It is the shortened term of the word weathered.

for example:

man i'm so weth..
