Current example of Weaponised Ignorance in a time when airtravel has NEVER been more safe: These new-fangled airplanes are just waaaay too complicated for pilots to fly. 2. An antonym of virtue signalling. The user wants to gain legitimacy by calling out another persons wrong actions.

3. The user of this style of argument will use terms which have a subtext of “guilty until proven innocent”.
