A deseas or syndrom from Burma. The name "Tinwin" describes anyone who has math syndroms, that is; A trauma in the brain that makes Tinwin good in mathematics. Often that person who has Tinwin speaks bad english and cannot prnounce names right.

Dr.Tinwin said Mr.Cham instead of Jun. He says "quoto" instead of Equal To.
