The powerhouse of of the work force. Swing shift are those heaviest relied upon to get the job done, get it done right, and get it done fast. If Chuck Norris had a 9-5, this would be him.

Term used to describe a multipolar coworker. The personality of said person may change at a moments notice.

A multipolar coworker, whose polarity changes throughout the work shift.

Also used to describe someone's change in mood throughout the day. One who irritates coworkers because of never knowing who you will get.
