Spontarded 

Spontaneously retarded. Usually a temporary experience that occurs randomly and spontaneously. Some Symptoms include: Being on a "high", the inability to perform simple ever day tasks for a short period of time, and laughing at your own jokes.

OMG!.. I totally dropped my books during lunch staring at this cute girl, I couldn't pick them up for ages. I felt so Spontarded.

tart - may seem provocative and/or promiscuous, but this is a 'spin', or 'put on' because in fact, the exact opposite is true.

ShinTard 

A below average man in terms of physique, intelligence, capability and overall quality of life. He is seen to have a large head, often bigger than most fruits - including watermelon. He is known to look like a dolphin, lego man, Geico lizard, box man, among other things.
He is seen to be friends with DingTard/TanTard, a member of the large Tard Clan.
