Literally a face that is 'spare', an evolution of talk to the hand (because the face isn't listening).

A spadeface refers to a person with severe facial disfigurement, usually describing one with a face sculpted like a spade. Often a spadeface also has an extremely evident receding hairline.

A steriotypical miner or used to describe somebody who has a dirty face, like coal.

The face made by scene girls when they are taking pictures of themselves from odd angles. Spaceface pictures commonly include at least two of the following elements: emo bangs, pouty lips, and peace signs. Often seen as profile pictures on popular social networking sites such as Myspace and Facebook.

Spannerface 

If someone is said to have a spanner face, normally a man saying this about a woman it means she has the kind of face that's causes his nuts to tighten..

Spanner..... Face... Get it? Basically you're hot and you turn them on ;)

"Woah look at that girl she's a total Spannerface!"

- "what she has a face like a spanner?"
"No mate! Her face is so hot my nuts are tightening."
-"Oh! Cos spanners tighten nuts!! Ha good one!"
